< 100 kg

Currently I am under 100 kg. However, due to the recent depression and the feeding frenzy that follows after, I am almost close to 100 again..

But! Hee hee, am just thankful to God that i am having some kind of virus in my stomach.. Been having diarrhea the past 3 days... Likely to lose more because of that... I just pray during this time, i wont be low in sugar.. Hated it when I go hypo... bleah..

Went to see a doc yesterday, Doc was concerned because my blood pressure was low, he's kinda happy that i forced fed myself, even though i had to put up with the pain.

Yes, i have low threshold for pain... At least I didnt cry, haha!

28 Feb to 3rd March 2011 (96.6kg)

28 Feb (Monday)

Went back to my old diet, had oatmeal with HL plant sterol milk with a small spoonful of sunflower and bumpkins seeds. Drank meal replacement in the afternoon. Was super in pain and tired, so Sis Charissa kindly brought over dinner for me...







1st March (Tuesday)

Had meal replacement in the morning because I was rushing for time.. Just cant seem to wake up on time.. Sneak out to eat chicken rice, and drank milo kosong (no sugar nor milk) in the afternoon during lunch, and then ate tuna sandwiches for the night..




2nd March (Wednesday)

Had tuna sandwich for breakfast, aunty cooked lunch. Didnt eat the fried pork chop. Snacked a bit..
Sis Charissa brought dinner over. Totally forgot to take picture.. Hee.. 



3rd March (Thursday)
Totally skipped breakfast because I was really really late getting up.. So I ate 2 small bowls of bee hoon cooked by aunty, one of my student offered me a snack, teacher offered me a coffee sweet.. Drank meal replacement for lunch. Then ate dinner that Sis Charissa brought over..






Amazingly, since my stomach went on holiday last week till now, my weight hovers around the same.. K, gotta start losing again...

24 to 27 Feb Stomach holiday

I self declared my stomach to be on holiday on 24 Feb, after Doc gave me the thumbs up on the job well done for keeping my weight down, as well as my cholestrol and diabetics.

Ate normal meals, ate school lunches, except for Fri which is fried rices.

I still kept to my portions but i snack on and off..

Brought mum to ate buffet at kushin bo,. Super ex, but it's just once in a while treat..

20 to 23 Feb

20 Feb (Sunday)

Woke up really late.. Didnt eat breakfast..

Ate at 10:30am.. Share 3/4 of my kuay tiao with my friend..

Lunch at about 3pm.. hee.. Popeye's chicken!
Coke light
Mash potatoe
3 pieces chicken tenders.. Ate only 1 and a half.. Shared with Ashraf and mum...
Cindy cooked dinner.. Lemak prawn and kang kong..
















21 Feb (Monday)

Woke up late again.. Drink meal replacement milk for breakfast, ate porridge from school. Oh, in between went for my 3 appointments. Thank God diabetics and cholesterol under control..
Felt a bit cheated when the doctor said i gotta keep taking the medicine.. =(

Dietitian was happy with my weight lost.. Just need to increase exercise and lose more weight..

 thank God  for good results!! I used to be about 42 bmi! =/
 porridge with some curry sardines made by teacher. I ate the brinjals though.. cant find the sardines.. haha
 a bit of reward.. Took two.. Very sweet =p

Love the soup to bits! I think mostly because of the mushrooms.. heh..

22 Feb (Tuesday)

Totally forgot to bring my camera phone out so.... Morning i drank meal replacement milk, then lunch i ate macaroni from school. For dinner i ate tuna sandwich!


23 Feb (wednesday)
=( i kept waking up late... I cant really sleep well at night.. Still drinking the camomile's tea.. Drank meal replacement again..  Today aunty cooked really nice lunch, and i ate with Heng Family again!

 Aunty gave me lots of veg... Heh...

 Had a bit more veg..
 Treating myself to some snacks again.. la la la la... The bottom is a rice cake with some pork floss..

15 - 19 Feb

15 Feb (Tuesday)
Had oats with milk for breakfast, meal replacement for lunch.. Dosai for dinner.


















16 Feb (Wednesday)
Oats for Breakfast. Aunty cooked lunch, dinner with Heng family..









--> First time i ate curry salmon.. Taste quite good actually...














17 Feb (thurs)
Woke up late again because of chest pains.. Had meal replacement milk for breakfast and lunch. Didnt join the Heng for dinner coz i was totally worn out and in pain. But sis Charissa brought it over for me.. Ate the fried rice and drank the water cress soup without taking picture..

18 Feb (Fri)
Ate oats for breakfast, tuna sandwich lunch. After a nice nap, and enough energy, head over to sis's place.. Mum's cooking nice dishes tonight.. Completely indulged myself..

Slept till about 12pm plus, ate tuna sandwich for lunch.. Snacked on an apple at about 3pm..
