29-12-2010

Had oats (running low) for breakfast .. Wanted to have my meal replacement meal for lunch which i prepared, but Aunty cooked yong tau fu, which consisted of 4 fishballs, a piece of bitter gourd with fish filling in between, toufu with fish filling, and lots of veg. Took little bee hoon..


Went to meet up with Anne to buy toys for Lucius.. Ordered tea.. Feeling super cold.. The venti cup was WAY too big..


dinner.. Korean bbq, beef and spicy pork.. I ate half a bowl of rice, but this whole plate was gone.. There goes my cholesterol.. argh! gotta stop eating out...


I think that explains why my weight is lowering slower, today was 102.4kg...

Day out with farmer Gwyn

Gwyn is back from Chiangmai!

Hung out with her today.

Ate oats with the new HL milk with plants sterols. The funny taste goes well with the oats. Still sticking to 4 table spoons of oats. Breakfast was at 10:45am =p

After coming back from airport, was totally famished.. Too lazy to go back home to make sandwich, picked the healthiest sandwich from 7-11, warmed it up, ate at 4:30pm.. That was lunch..


then at 6pm, dinnered with Gwyn and her mum, Alycia accompanied us.

added $1 worth of veg, which still feels the same...


didnt finished the soup.. super salty..


went to IMM.. had guava at 8pm.. then ice cream (--> tummy ache and then diarrhoea)
finished off with a cup of chinese tea.. tummy felt much better after that..




k, no more ice cream till i lost 20kg!!

Oh ya, Sis Pat called.. Told her i want to lose 20, she told me to take it easy, dont pressurize myself.. hee. I miss her and Bro Nat, they are missionaries in Thailand..

The kind aunties who went to Chiangmai are concerned for my health, so ... no wormies for me.. Was quite sad and disappointed.. Coz i had mentally planned out a menu for my worms.. Sigh.. anyway, thank God for their concerned.. I'll go personally to Thailand next year to eat..

Last week of 2010 (Monday)

Had half a bowl of pork porridge today for breakfast before rushing back to school..

Lunch:
Fishball vermici soup

1 Ice milo kosong (no milk or sugar)

Dinner:
Turkey mushroom veg pie baked by Mrs Heng

with American Clam chowder



It's been a great year.. I enjoyed the indulgence for Christmas, might just consider having one instead of so many.. regretting it now..

Anyways, gonna start replacing my lunch from tomorrow onwards.. Gonna keep updating!

After: Sauces on plate undipped, dipped a bit of fish curry


Subway wrap for lunch: Chicken Breast, all veggies, red wine vinegar

Mcdonald Vanilla Ice Cream @ 5 plus pm


Herbal Chicken from NTUC foodfare for dinner

after... didnt eat chicken skin, ate half the rice..



Shared this boiled veggie with mum, i ate 3/4 of it.


Durian puffs from Four Seasons (they are not as big as they look!!)


That concludes the escapade for today.. Back to my normal diet tomorrow...

Christmas Eve

Went out with Eldest Sister and family... Had oats with milk for breakfast and then tuna sandwich for lunch.. Then headed over to westmall to meet up with Sis and we went to Vivo for lunch (again) and dinner.. Then after Christmas Service, went to West Coast Park with Aunty Jasmin, Fiona, Candice and Aixin. I made a New Year Resolution to lose 20kg and to win 3 souls to Christ!

Woke up to the weight of 102.8kg.. Looks promising, maybe i can reach 100 before this year runs out.. hee..

had 4 spoons of oats, and half cup of milk.. Stomach's still doing fine..

Too excited

I think i got too excited from the good news and recovering from stomach flu.. As a result, i never take pictures of what i ate today!!!!!!!!!!

K, lunch is porridge with peas, shredded pork, baby ikan bilis, and a bit of fried scallops.

Dinner was brown rice (1 serving), salmon (slightly bigger serving), 1 bowl of veggie soup with 2 fish balls, and 2 fishball wrap meat thingy.. hee..

Promised to take picture for tomorrow coz im heading back to my old food!

YAY!! Finally...

Came back from the doc.. Great news!

She's happy with my progress.. Thank God!

Several adjustments for lowering my cholesterol:
- switch bread to multi grain or wholemeal for fibre
- cut down meat, my palm size =(
- drink HL plant sterol milk
- exercise (whenever I can)

And here's proof of how much i weigh.. Muahahaha.. I not lying lor... And official receipt from Jurong Polyclinic... WOOOOO.. THANK GOD!! He is Good, Faithful and Cool!

Day 3: Food poisoning

Ahh.. Woke up with my limbs all wobbly and numb... Slowly munched the meiji biscuits.. Took me an hour to do so..

Weighed myself, 103.9kg.. GRRRRRRRRRRR... Why??

Well, one of the reason i could think of was because i am hardly passing any solid things out.. Only manage a bit yesterday night, and diarrhea (--> i finally get the spelling correct!) this morning..

Sis Charissa brought over some porridge Mrs Heng cooked for me.. nice =) Took me just 20 minutes to finish.. AND i started releasing gas.. Hmm.. I think she put some ginger.. Such a release man.. My stomach feels less bloaty..

mushrooms are for tonight! Looking forward to it.. Wheeeeee...

Food poisoning..

Didnt update yesterday coz i was recovering from food poisoning.. Happened on Christmas Sunday..

I guess that explains the nuasea and giddiness..

Anyway, food's been pretty simple.. My weight currently's at 103.3 kg after i ate.. Couldnt eat on Sunday night.

Monday's meal was brown rice water for breakfast, plain brown rice porridge for lunch, then brown rice porridge with tuna for dinner... Then i got diarrhea... Sis Charissa told me that the tuna was the one that causes the bouts of diarrhea.. Which in the end, made me even more tired, more wind in my stomach, more pain in my chest.. URGH.. I shall be a good girl today...

Christmas Sunday

Woke up early and had breakfast.. Went to Church, today's Christmas Sunday Service. Choir's presenting 2 special items.. =)

In the end, my chest hurts to bad i had to come home and rest right after service..

Breakfast i ate tuna sandwich, then lunch at about 2:45pm, i had a quarter can tuna and one egg sandwich.. =)

Ate tuna sandwich for breakfast. then ate early dinner at the buffet catered.

One scope of broccoli, raw lettuce salad with olives, 2 slices of meat loaves, 1 scope of fish, 1 small piece of turkey and filling..


had 2nd helpings of salad with olives.. love the olives!!!


came back, mopped the floor, washed clothes, cleaned terrapin's tank, then started blogging away..
Chest hurts from being hyper with the children just now.. Have to still keep that in mind.. grrr...

Friday dinner dates

Been about a week without having dinner with the whole family..
Met my elder sis and 3 lil ones, walked around imm and decided to eat at Bayshore 21..

not lots of healthy choices, but see what i chose =)
