18 and 19 Jan

18 Jan

Had tuna sandwich for breakfast and dinner. Meal replacement milk for lunch.

19 Jan (98.3kg)
Had oats with HL Plant Sterol Milk for breakfast.

Aunty cooked Fish oh-tah, with stir fry lettuce and turnip soup. I took the lettuce, and drank the turnip soup without the turnip. NO fish oh-tah for me =(



Today Mrs Heng cooked baked rice with Cheese, Zucchini. rice and er.. something else, cant remember... Had vegetables with pork ribs soup..

Had oats with HL Plant Sterol milk today for breakfast.
For lunch I met up with my Aunty Josephine (she didnt wanna have her picture taken so no pictures on in the family blog hee)

She treated me to Swenson, ate salad and drank soup.. Very filling because the soup is huge!


















Then went back to church to have dinner with Heng Family! Today have my fave salmon!!

 SALMON!!!!!!! (sis Charissa says bear eats only the skin of salmon before hibernation.. Hmmm.. I like being a bear!!!)
 Sliced bamboo strips with mushrooms and carrots.. NICE!

My very little rice.. Dont let the spread outlook fool you.. haha..

15 and 16 Jan

15 Jan
Had tuna cucumber sandwich and milk replacement for breakfast and lunch respectively.
Met Celia and family for dinner at Baystreet 21 at IMM..



Seaweed soup with few pieces of pork and a slice of tomato
my ration of tomato sauce
again.. changed the fries to potato salad, gave the sweet carrots away, no sauce on salmon
The HUGE temptation.. I used to order this all the time... AHHHHHH... haha.. well, thank God i could control..













My bro-in-law bought this small (really small cup) of soya milk for me.. Sweet of him really! And sweet is the taste too.. hee.. It was 2 hours after dinner so i didnt mind..











16 Jan


Had oats for breakfast. Went to this Jap Buffet Restaurant at Jurong Point. I have no idea how to pronounce the name..


Tried taking the name.. Its a bit reflective.. sowie..
Diana and Jasmine taking the food..
For starters, had salad with 3 slices of raw salmon and a bit of potato with nacho cheese.

another serving of paper steam boat, had more vegs and a few pieces of chicken.
     some toufu and fishball thingy..
Small Plain Yumi Yoggurt with pumpkin seeds, about 1 hour later.. Hee...












Was so stuffed when I reached home at 6:45pm.. Didnt take dinner... Checked my weight.. Still 99kg.. phew.. Thank God!
