07 & 08 Jan (100.5kg!!!!)

07 Jan

Had oats with milk for breakfast, meal replacement for lunch, and then diced cucumber, tuna and bread for dinner..

After that, I weighed myself and i was 100.5kg!! So i went downstairs to get myself a little snack.. It is a small packet, only 50gm!! Yes, it contains fish, starch and salt.. The last two are my enemies.. But okie... Next time when i snack, is when I am 95kg! hee hee hee...














 08 Jan
 Breakfast: one piece of wholemeal with HL plant sterol milk.. Coz I am eating out with Rachel.. Expecting lunch to be heavy..
 Lunch at Baystreet 21... Diao.. Kept telling people Bayshore... -.-"
 Chinese soup.. Yellow melon with pork ribs, and carrots.. Shared with Rachel..
 This small pack of ketchup is for my main course.. and it contains 20% sugar... hee..
 Meal came with one small serving of sweet carrots, which i gave to Rach.. Requested no sauce on salmon, and changed fries to potato salad.. Forgot to ask for no sauce and bacon bits for the salad...
 Ate everything except for half of potato salad..

15 minutes later... Stomach churned... The minute I reached church, flew to toilet and diarrhoea.. Sigh...









Dinner time after AGM... The youths went to Burger King @ IMM. As much as I wanted to eat there, I can't bring myself to. So i went to Red Ginger nearby and order Fish Bee Hoon Soup..



Because the portion of veg they gave wasnt enough, I spent another 1.50 on the sweet pea that they always serve in Jap restaurant.. Bought one packet, took 1/4, shared with the rest back at BK...

Still thinking about fried chicken...
