Had meal replacement for breakfast and lunch. Met up with mum and she ate dinner while i snacked a bit before heading back to church for Song Service.. We had really good food that night, but i only ate what i can =(

Spoilt myself a little today.. Had economic bee hoon for breakfast, tuna sandwich for lunch and steamboat dinner and our fellowship CNY gathering!

13 Feb (Sunday)
had yung toufu for breakfast, snack a bit of the lunch, and pizza for dinner! I forgot to take my camera phone with me for dinner so you will have to take my word for it. I had a slice of regular prosperity pizza, a slice of thin crust seafood pizza and a spicy drumlet, with a glass of warm water.

14 Feb (Monday)
Had breakfast late coz I need to fast for my blood test. Bought a wholemeal bread from their little snack corner. Drank meal replacement milk for lunch and ate with the Hengs =)

i packed some guavas home... and ate it at 9:30.. Just as the doc suggested, 2 hours after meal... =)
